Blueberry Zucchini Healthy Breakfast Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
This recipe yields 12 muffins
2 cups of flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 egg
1 cup milk (I use rice milk)
1/4 cup oil ( I use olive oil)
1/4 cup of blueberries
1/4 cup of zucchini
muffin liners
Bake for 20 minutes at 350
