Chocolate Mint Cookies Recipe
Chocolate Mint Cookies
The day has come to an end and we need a sweet treat. I had visions of those thin mint cookies. The problem is I didn’t have the stuff to make them. I decided I could just go ahead and make a cookie that has the chocolate mint taste. These are my chocolate mint cookies. I realized that cookies without a lot of ingredients are helpful because who wants to spend a lot of time getting out all the ingredients. I am sure you are like me you have a craving and you want to satisfy it then and you go to make the cookie and you are missing something. These cookies are easy and they only have four ingredients so the only thing you are missing is having these cookies sitting on a plate in front of you. I intend to fix that issue for you.
Chocolate Mint Cookies
1 box of your favorite chocolate cake mix.. I selected double chocolate. If you are going to select chocolate pick the best one.
1 egg
1 container of 8oz cool whip
1 TBS of mint
Each cookie is only 2 Weight Watchers + points!
You will cook these in a 350 degree oven for 10- 12 minutes
The first thing you will need is to gather your ingredients. The cake mix of your choice, egg, whip toppings, and mint extract
Then you will need to crack the egg into the cake mix and mix it lightly
Then you will need to lightly mix in the whipped topping.
Once the whipped toping is folded into the cake batter. Then you can place it in the refrigerator for three minutes. This will help your cookies become fluffy once you cook them. You will drop the cookies with a tablespoon and then put them in the oven for 10- 12 minutes at 350 degrees. I place mine on a wire rack to let them cool.
