Pressure Cooker Banana Bread Recipe
Oh, Wow! I never knew you could make a banana bread in your Pressure cooker xl or your Instapot but you can. I decided to make our Viral Banana Nut Bread. That way I could have it quicker. I started to realize that cooking in my oven was costing me so much money but the Pressure cooker XL cost so much less.
Pressure Cooker Banana Bread Recipe
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nut of your choice (I used pecans, because that is what I had lol)
- Spring pan
- Bella Mixer
- Silicon Lifter (or foil works)
Recipe for Pressure Cooker XL Banana Bread
1. In a bowl combine the dry ingredients. The baking soda, flour, sugar, and the sprinkle of salt.
2. Next crack the egg and beat it
3. Melt the butter
4. Place the melted butter in the dry ingredients bowl
5. Add in the beated egg
6. Add in the Vanilla
7. Put the 4 ripe bananas in the bowl
8. Mix. I used the Bella Mixer to make it easier.
9. Next Spray your Spring pan or your silicon loaf pan
10. Then in your pressure cooker add 1 1/2 cup of water
11. Place your Silicon Lifter or your foil sling
12. The put your Spring pan on the sling or foil
13. Turn on your pressure cooker for 50 minutes
14. Once the pressure cooker is done cooking release the pressure using your mitts
15. Then allow the silicon to cool and the bread prior to removing it from the pressure cooker.
