How To Buy Designer Clothes On A Budget
Do you like designer clothes. The high-end fashion ones? I do I drool over the magazines only to realize I can’t afford a button on one of those frocks. Then I decided I would figure out a way to get what I wanted. The high-end fashion looks on a budget I could afford. I would create a trading up of sorts, and I would start today.
The first step to gathering the designer clothes I wanted was to clean out my closet using all the tips I learned while reading The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing. Then determine how I could make the most money off the clothes I have. You have three options sell to people you know, sell to a store online or brick and mortar or sell to strangers at your residence.
I take the first opportunity, and I take photographs of my clothes, and I post them on Facebook. I put prices under them in an album. I have friends who are interested so I mail them, to them and they pay before or after receiving the item.
The next methods to getting the designer clothes you want is to sell them to a store online or otherwise. I have used eBay and eBay valet service. The other option is to sell your clothes to a consignment shop. You will receive 40% of what they sell your item for.
This is an easy way to sell things, but I haven’t found it to be very profitable.
The third way to get rid of items quickly earning the lowest amount would be a yard sale. This can be a quick way to get cash in hand but do not expect people to pay a lot they are yard sailing to get a deal. I offer the six keys to a successful yard sale if you want some tips on setting up a winning yard sale.
Once you have some money, then you need to figure out what you want to buy. I suggest buying items that you can resell later and make money back toward your next purchase. I gather my money and put my favorite pieces in the online cart of the store I like the most. I get incredible deals with the store I work with ShopBop.
I hold off on my purchase until they have a sale. When they have a sale like they are having now. I make my purchase.
I repeat this process until I have bought the clothes I want at the prices I can afford. I have turned my closet into a mecca of designer clothes for a fraction of their ticket price, and it all started with the clothes I already had, and I wasn’t wearing.
That is how To Buy Designer Clothes On A Budget.
