Avocado Cilantro Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas drained
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • First, open and drain your chickpeas and add them to a blender (or food processor).
  • Next, cut open the avocados and remove the seed. Scoop out the avocado flesh and add in to the chickpeas in the blender.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
