Simple Crepes


  • 1 cup of milk We use rice milk and coconut milk to change it up every now and then
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • some butter for the pan
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of water


  • Add the cup of flour in a bowl
  • Add two eggs to the flour
  • Blend the eggs with the flour
  • add 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Add one cup of milk
  • I add water in depending on how thin I want the crepes so see how the first one comes out then add a Tablespoon at a time.
  • Stir the ingredients together.
  • Put the pan on a medium heat and place in some butter to coat the pan.
  • Place a thin layer of the mix in the pan of then wait for it to bubble. Once it bubbles flip it over. Then you can fill you the crepe with a crepe filling the image is of our blackberry one.
  • Then roll them. I secured mine with a tooth pick to make it look perfect.
