Maple Balsamic Baked Pork Chops

- 4 Pork Chops bone-in center cut
- 1 clove minced Garlic
- 1 sprig fresh Rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried Rosemary
- 1 sprig fresh Thyme or 1/2 tsp dried Thyme (if using fresh thyme reserve a few springs to garnish the meat
- 2 TBS Beef broth
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 TBS Olive oil
Prepare the marinade by whisking together the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, beef broth, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Place the pork chops in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
Seal the bag and refrigerate for two hours or more.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Place the entire contents of the bag on a shallow sided baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes or until the pork has an internal temperature of 145 degrees
Serve on a platter garnished with a few springs of thyme
