  • 4 Pork Chops bone-in center cut
  • 1 clove minced Garlic
  • 1 sprig fresh Rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried Rosemary
  • 1 sprig fresh Thyme or 1/2 tsp dried Thyme (if using fresh thyme reserve a few springs to garnish the meat
  • 2 TBS Beef broth
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 TBS Olive oil


  • Prepare the marinade by whisking together the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, beef broth, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Place the pork chops in a plastic bag and pour the marinade over them.
  • Seal the bag and refrigerate for two hours or more.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Place the entire contents of the bag on a shallow sided baking sheet
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the pork has an internal temperature of 145 degrees
  • Serve on a platter garnished with a few springs of thyme
