  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 lb Hot Ground Sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  • 1 bottle Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 Stick Butter
  • Optional: Ranch


  • First, In a bowl combine your chicken, sausage, egg, cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix by hand until well combined.
  • Next, In your slow cooker combine your butter and buffalo chicken and set on high.
  • Then, form meatballs from your mixture and place them in a single layer in your slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours. Stir a few times to make sure the meatballs are evenly coated in the sauce.
  • Last, Take your meatballs out of the slow cooker, and (optional) drizzle with ranch. Serve hot.
