First, In a bowl combine your chicken, sausage, egg, cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix by hand until well combined.
Next, In your slow cooker combine your butter and buffalo chicken and set on high.
Then, form meatballs from your mixture and place them in a single layer in your slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 hours. Stir a few times to make sure the meatballs are evenly coated in the sauce.
Last, Take your meatballs out of the slow cooker, and (optional) drizzle with ranch. Serve hot.
