Low Calorie Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • A wheat flatbread I used Flatout! Brand
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp low sodium pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup part skim milk shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 turkey pepperoni slices
  • Oregano optional

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat your oven to 300 degrees
  • Place your flatbread on a cookie sheet and spread 1 tbsp EVOO on it
  • Using a spoon, spread your pizza sauce evenly over your flatbread.
  • Add you cheese, reserving a little for the top of the pizza.
  • Add your pepperonis on top of the cheese
  • Sprinkle your remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 7-8 mins, or until cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly and slice. Add some oregano and split with a friend!
