Chicken Macaroni Salad Recipe


  • 2 1 lb boxes of Elbow Macaroni
  • 6 cans of chicken drained
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard
  • Large Onion
  • 30 oz Jar of Miracle Whip
  • Seasoned Salt


  • Cook Elbow Macaroni according to directions on package.
  • Rinse with Cold Water and allow water to drain.
  • While the elbow macaroni is draining, dice the onion into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Poor Elbow Macaroni into Large Bowl. I use my Tupperware Fix N Mix Bowl
  • Add diced onions, Miracle Whip, Mustard, and chicken.
  • Stir well making sure that you cover the macaroni at the bottom of the bowl.
  • Start with 1 Tsp of Seasoned Salt and mix well. Add more to taste.
  • Serve and enjoy.
