Slow Cooker Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz fresh baby spinach washed and chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained
  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 onion chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well to ensure everything is coated well.
  • After misting your slow cooker with oil, add your mix into your slow cooker bowl.
  • Cook your Spinach and Artichoke Dip on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for 1/2 hours or until cheese has melted and spinach has wilted.
  • Serve hot with crackers, veggies, bread, chips, or anything else you love to dip!
