Low Calorie Taco Layer Dip Recipe

  • Reduced Fat Refried Beans
  • Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Cheese
  • Sliced Black Olives
  • Fat Free Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Taco Seasoning I pack
  • Optional: Green Onion and Cilantro for garnish


  • First add in your taco seasoning with your refried beans and mix. Spread into the bottom of your bowl.
  • Next add a layer of cheese
  • Then it's gauc time! You could either make your own and grab a store bought brand.
  • Layer your sour cream
  • Add your chopped tomatoes and olives
  • Top with another layer of cheese.
  • Optional: Garnish with green onions and cilantro
