Fun Healthy Recipes for Kids: Mini Watermelons


  • Strawberry Jello I used sugar free
  • Limes
  • Poppyseeds


  • Cut 6 limes in half and scoop out the insides
  • Make the jello according to package directions, and then fill each lime half with jello. Put in the fridge and let cool for 4 hours, or until firm
  • Carefully cut each lime in half again lengthwise, top with poppy seeds (to act as the "watermelon" seeds) and serve!
