The raw tomatoes can be served with a dollop of mayonnaise and a sprinkling of Tonys or Salad delight (Mccormick spice.)
For cooked tomatoes put the slices on a broiler safe pan.
Sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil, basil, parmesan and if desired a bit of mozarella. Broil until the cheese is melted and the tomatoes are limp.
