Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add chicken and Mrs. Dash. Cook until done, approximately 20 minutes. Check internal temp with a meat thermometer if unsure.
Remove chicken from water and let cool while you prepare the dressing.
In a small bowl, combine Acai juice, sugar, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and stir until dissolved.
Add craisins, seeds, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and chicken to dressing and mix well.
Begin to assemble the wrap with spinach leaves, then spoon on chicken mixture. Fold the wrap & enjoy!
