Remove Pork from bones. (If using Boneless or Pork Tenderloin you will skip this step.)
Cut up Pork into Bite Size Pieces.
While cutting up Pork, Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
When Water begins to boil,Drop in Tortellini and cook according to instructions on the bag.
Drain and Set Aside.
Combine Pork and Alfredo Sauce and bring to a light simmer,stirring frequently.
While this is heating, I salt and pepper to taste.
Cook your vegetable while the sauce is heating up also.
Once the Pork and Sauce are heated, gently stir in the Tortellini coating evenly.
Serve on plates and top with Parmesan Cheese and side of vegetables.
