Buffalo Chicken Sloppy Joes Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 onion minced
  • buns
  • optional: blue cheese crumbles for topping

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a skillet over med/high heat brown your minced onions. Add in your ground chicken and cook until browned. Drain.
  • Step 2: After draining your chicken return it to your skillet and add in your tomato sauce and buffalo sauce. Mix and let simmer for about 5 minutes or until thickened.
  • Step 3: Grab a bun and slap some of your mix on a bun. Top with blue cheese crumbles and enjoy.
