Cream together cheese and butter until well mixed.Mix in flour and salt. (I just dumped everything into the mixing bowl and let the Kitchen Aid mixer do its thing)
When smooth, form into a large ball, pinch off pieces and roll into 3/4 inch balls.
Put the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill for 2 hours
Bake for 8 min.
Serve hot
Makes about 5 dozen cheese balls.
