- Preheat oven to 350 degrees 
- Line 2 baking trays with Fiesta Flats 
- In Sauce pan combine Refried Beans and 1/2 can of the enchilada sauce, heat,stirring occasionally 
- In a separate Sauce Pan combine chicken and remaining enchilada sauce, heat, stirring occasionally. 
- Chop the Sartori Cheese in small pieces and mix in with the chicken mixture. 
- Portion beans on Fiesta Flats and spread across the middle. 
- Spoon chicken mixture mixture on top of beans. 
- Lightly sprinkle shredded cheese on top of chicken mixture. 
- Bake in oven until cheddar cheese melts about 8-12 minutes. 
- Serve with Salsa and Sour Cream.
