In Crock Pot, Combine the dry seasonings and water.
Mix together very well.
Add Chicken and Onions and toss to cover completely.
Cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
If you think it is drying out you can add water by the Tbsp every few hours.(More common if you use a chicken breast vs.a thigh)
Serve over Basmati Rice or Rice Noodles.
