Spicy Crock Pot Kielbasa Recipe
Yay, the holidays are here! Who is excited about singing Christmas songs, picking out the perfect present, and all the yummy food!? Cooking with my family is one of my favorite things to do during the holiday season, and lucky for my, my family’s favorite thing to do during the holidays is eat, ha! Kielbasa is something we like to eat at any time during the year, and during the holidays it makes a great easy holiday appetizer! We give it a little make over and put it on a stick (because we know everyone loves anything on a stick) and tada! Instant holiday appetizer. We love a little spice in our food, but with a few changes in this kielbasa recipe you can take away or add some of the spice.
Here is how to make this Easy Holiday Recipe: Spicy Crock Pot Kielbasa Recipe
You Will Need:
- 1 pound Kielbasa
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Egg-Free Spicy Dijon Mustard (this can be committed to cut out the spice)
- 1 cup Apricot Jam
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- Salt and Pepper
First, In a small bowl mix together your sauces and spice. Make sure to combine them well.
Next, Slice up your kielbasa and add it into your sauce, mix well.
Then, add your kielbasa into your crock pot and cook on High for 4 hours. Serve hot in stacks of 3. Prepare to have zero leftovers!
