Let’s be real: when you’re juggling laundry, school drop-offs, work calls, and the occasional meltdown over mismatched socks (it happens to the best of us), you deserve dessert. But not just any dessert—something sweet, satisfying, and totally guilt-free.

One of my favorite things about spring is getting together with family to enjoy the nice weather, each others company, and some sweet treats. While watching the news over the weekend I saw that our local berry farm was open for business and it was time to go pick some fresh berries! If you have one of these types of farms in your area I highly suggest you check it out. Nothing compares to the taste of a fresh berry right off the vine, trust me! And one of my favorite things to make with fresh berries is Weight Watchers Mixed Berry Cobbler Cake.

Easy to make and oh so yummy Weight Watchers Mixed Berry Cobbler Cake Recipe that uses gluten-free and vegan white cake mix.

Here is how to make this Weight Watchers Mixed Berry Cobbler Cake Recipe:

Weight Watchers berry cobbler cake recipe that's easy to make and so delicious. With strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

You Will Need:

  • 1 lb Berries (I used strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
  • 1 box Gluten-Free Vegan White cake mix
  • 1 can Sprite Zero (or any other clear zero calorie soda)

First, Preheat your oven to 350. In a baking dish add your berries to the bottom, the sprinkle on your cake mix. Pour your sprite over your cobbler. Do NOT stir! Leave it as is.

Then, Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Let cool slightly, slice and eat. Personally, I recommend serving with a big scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt ;).  I love having recipes that the whole family can enjoy, and that I can feel good about serving them.
