There is something about coming home after a long days work to the smell of dinner cooking that makes me happy. Plus, who doesn’t love not having to cook when they get home!? My slow cooker get lots of use, and when I come up with a new recipe I want to make sure I share them with you. Here is how to make my Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage Hash Recipe:
You Will Need:
- Smoked Sausage (1 pack)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 bag Frozen Hashbrowns (Defrosted)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
Step 1: Combine all your ingredients in your crock pot. Leave out 1/2 a cup of cheese for topping.
Step 2: Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or LOW for 6-8 hours. Or until bubbly.
Step 3: Top with your remaining cheese and cook another 30 minutes. Serve hot.
