Chutzpah: Bad banking
ChutzpaChutzpah. This is a word that is used often by myself because sometimes I just can’t believe what people do. I mean really! I thought it would be fun to share our Chutzpah moments. The only rules are no names of stores, people, or events. You may also not use inappropriate language. Leave a comment listing your favorite Chutzpah moment! I mean laughter is the best medicine.
chutzpah Or khutspe. Nerve, extreme arrogance, brazen presumption. In English, chutzpah often connotes courage or confidence, but among Yiddish speakers, it is not a compliment.
I am a big fan of instant. I like instant rebates. I also like instant gratification. What I do not like is not having instant banking. I recently transferred money from my 1 business account to my other one same bank. It wasn’t instant. I ended up “bouncing” paypal payments. I called the bank and they let me know that it could take two days. I responded if it could take two days then your system sucks. I mean honestly. If you can go online and do it it should be instant if their system can’t handle it than they need another system. I have accounts with USAA and it is instant. I have a bank account with ING Electric Orange and it is amazing and I got $50 free.
I guess this other bank really needs to invest in an automatic system. I simply transferred cash from one account to another and they should be able to handle it. I am going to get my $110 in fees back because not only did they not transfer correctly but they charged me over and over again. I wonder how many people they lose daily. We are very good customers and most likely unless this is resolved to my satisfaction we will not be.
