Chutzpah: Companies do not fufill their promises
ChutzpaChutzpah. This is a word that is used often by myself because sometimes I just can’t believe what people do. I mean really! I thought it would be fun to share our Chutzpah moments. The only rules are no names of stores, people, or events. You may also not use inappropriate language. Leave a comment listing your favorite Chutzpah moment! I mean laughter is the best medicine.
chutzpah Or khutspe. Nerve, extreme arrogance, brazen presumption. In English, chutzpah often connotes courage or confidence, but among Yiddish speakers, it is not a compliment.
Have you ever bought something and had your order cancelled? I have had it happen to me multiple times. i recently bought gift cards for the blogger events I created. I placed my order. I paid using paypal. I assumed everything was great. I actually bought one of the gift cards so I could buy myself a treat. The gift cards are offered at a discount. I figured if I bought a gift card and used a coupon I could get the item I wanted for my budget. The retail price was out of my budget by 25% so I had to figure out how to find a deal that would result in 25% off. I was luckily able to secure a gift card for JCP at 25% which would have met my needs. Then I figured I could use a coupon to spread my money further. I was sad to see that my order was cancelled and they still have not sent me back my money! I now have to call and get my $218.00 returned. That is chutzpah! If you cancel my order send me back my money when you cancel!!
It gets worse when I called she said she would hurry the process. I need to understand it usually takes 7 days to return my money. Are you kidding me? If I returned an itemt o a store I would get my money back right away. I am not happy!
