I LOVE my crock pot. I use it at least twice a week. One of my favorite things to use my crock pot for is for appetizers. I make all kind of yummy treats in my crock pot, and this week I made Crock Pot Cheese Dip which is the perfect blend of cheese, bacon, and spice. This dip is great with crackers, chips, or veggies. It was a big hit with guests that I had in my home over the weekend, so I wanted to share it with you guys! This Crock Pot Cheese Dip is super easy to make (It’s a set it and forget it recipe for sure). Let’s check out how to make it!

Here is how to make this Crock Pot Cheese Dip:

You Will Need:

2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
8 oz Sour Cream
1 can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis
8 Slices of bacon (cooked)
Salt and Pepper to taste

First, mix your cream cheese and sour cream together in the bottom on your crock pot.

Then, add in your mozzarella cheese, tomatoes w/ green chilis, crumbled bacon, and salt and pepper. Let this cook on LOW for 2-3 hours and make sure to stir a few times so the cheese doesn’t burn on the side of the crock pot.

That’s it. Serve with something crunchy and enjoy! I love easy recipe, and it can’t get much easier than combining ingredients in your crock pot and letting it cook right?
