Crock Pot Pork
If you are in a hurry or you simply like pulled pork that taste amazing. I have the recipe for you. I am a mom on the go and I have a hard time getting anything done. That is why recipes with tons of ingredients do not make my list of family meals. I decided to share one of our favorites.
- 1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can of Mountain Dew or Root Beer or Gingerale
- 1 (18 ounce) bottle your favorite barbecue sauce (We like Sweet Baby Rays)
- 8 hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
- Cole Slaw
Place the pork tenderloin in the crock pot then pour in the soda and the barbecue sauce.
Set the crock pot on low for at least 6 hours.
We place our Cole slaw on the toasted buns and we serve ours with popcorn. I have no idea why we eat it with popcorn but it taste yummy!
