One of the most important rule of eating healthy is to make sure you get your daily servings of fruits and vegetables. And one of the easiest way to do it is through smoothies. This Tropical Smoothie Recipe is so delicious, refreshing and so healthy. This is a great drink for kids (and adults) who are not fond of eating fruits and veggies. It’s so yummy they won’t even know that there’s spinach in it.
Here’s how to make this Tropical Smoothie Recipe
Serving – 1 10oz glass
Ingredients
1/2 cup of fresh sliced Pineapple
1/2 cup of sliced into quarters Strawberries
1/2 of a lime juiced
1/2 of a lemon juiced
1 cup of Spinach trimmed and stems removed
1/2 cup of Ice
1/2 cup of water
1 Tbsp of Flax seed
Directions:
Slice and wash Strawberries into quarters set to the side
Slice a fresh Pineapple removing outer layer and inside core set to the side
Trim your Spinach and remove stems set to the side
Cut your lemon and lime in 1/2 and squeeze the juice set to side
In a blender add all ingredients together and puree for 1 minute
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy
