I am all about dishes that I can throw together quickly without sacrificing great taste. To me that is what a great dip recipe is all about! This Bean Dip Recipe came to me while searching my pantry for something to whip up before guests arrived (in my defense, I only had about an hour to prepare) so I decided to grab a few pantry staples and some cheese and see what I could do! It turned out SO awesome that I just had to share it with you guys, enjoy!
Here is how to make my easy Game Day Bean Dip Recipe:
You Will Need:
- 2 Cans Refried Beans
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 Pack Taco Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese
Instructions for making my Easy Game Day Bean Dip:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In an oven safe bowl add your beans, rotel (drained), taco seasoning, cream cheese, sour cream and 1/2 of your cheese. Mix it up until well blended.
Step 3: Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of your bean dip and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Take out and serve hot!
