Now that school is back in session (for us here in TN anyways) I am always looking for great lunches and easy dinners to make for my family during the busy time of the year. Luckily, Aldi’s has got me covered when it comes to a super yummy meal, at a great price! In my family, adults and kids alike love grilled cheese sandwiches! So when we headed to Aldi’s to grocery shop this week, we thought we would try a new twist on a classic grilled cheese recipe and get a little fancy!  

Here is how we used great ingredients from Aldi’s to make a 4 cheese grilled cheese easy recipe:

4 Cheese Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • Brie
  • Honey Goat Cheese
  • Havarti Cheese
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Italian Bread

Instructions
 

  • Spread your cheese on to your bread, and top with another slice of bread
  • fry in butter until crispy

This Grilled Cheese Easy Recipe was SO good! It was sweet and salty, and perfect for an easy weekend lunch, or weeknight dinner. And it was very cost effective thanks to Aldi’s! It was only $2.01 per serving!
