We have all started the Advocare 10 day cleanse and as a result we are all clean eating for weight loss. The clean eating weight loss experiment has helped my friend lose over 50 pounds. It has also helped me feel better and have more energy. We all want to feel better and have more energy and the answer is simple cook meals that are simple.
This clean eating weight loss plan is one that we use even though our goal isn’t to lose weight. I love fresh veggies but I love a great one pot dish that my family loves. This one checks all the boxes and it looks stunning.
Clean Eating Weight Loss Recipe
Ingredients
Cubed Squash 2 cups
Broccoli 2 cups
1 large sweet potato
1/2 a large red onion
Fresh garlic I add two cloves
Ginger 1 TBS
4 Chicken Breasts
