The joys of working at home right? One of the things that changes during the summer is making sure my daughter gets fed for lunch every day. When it’s just me at home I just heat up a frozen meal or grab an apple, can’t do that with the little. That is where this Easy Taco Roll Ups Recipe came from! We had already tried something similar to this with deli meat and cheese and it was a hit so I knew that this would be too.
