I am not a fan of winter by any means. I don’t like winter sports, and if I am totally honest, I only go out because my kids need to get out and play. Plus, well, life requires it. Cold weather is something I could do without. Come spring I am beyond anxious to be able to play outside with my family and to start taking trips again. If you are looking for a place to go with your family, this spring Sands Bethlehem is just the place for your family vacation getaway this year.

Sands Bethlehem is a Casino and Resort that has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. That means anyone from the bitty baby to great grandparents and beyond. Everyone is bound to find something fun to do.

What does Sands Bethlehem offer?

Inside you will find many different things to do. The variety assures that everyone will find something they will enjoy. Some of the things you will find are areas to keep the kids entertained, the casino, several restaurants from Celebrity Chefs and a shopping outlet to name a few.

Kids Quest

Kids Quest welcomes kids ages 6 weeks to the age of 12 years for an hourly fee. There are a variety of themed activities to keep the kids busy. The theme for April 2017 is Grossology Science.

You will even find a “Tiny Tot Room” for kids that are 6 weeks up until 29 months. These kids will also enjoy activities at age appropriate levels.

Cyber Quest

Cyber Quest provides family-friendly arcade games. Everyone is welcome to play but, anyone 12 and under needs to be accompanied by an adult.

The Outlets

The Outlets offer many well-known places to unwind and shop. Inside, you will find places like Carlo’s Bakery, Steel Magnolia Spa and Salon (who is offering 50% manicure service with any pedicure service) and, a variety of name brand clothing shops.

You will also find restaurants from celebrity Chef Buddy Valastro and Chef Emeril Lagasse, and many other cuisine types to chose from. There is something for everyone’s taste buds.

There are so many things to do at Sands Bethlehem but, you will also find many local Lehigh attractions.

Easter Bunny Pictures

During the first part of April, the Easter Bunny can be found in The Outlets for pictures. During 2017 the dates are: April 1st – 15th, 2017; Monday through Saturday they are offered from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm. On Sundays, pictures are offered between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm. Not only is the Easter Bunny available for pictures with you and the kids, but, he is also available for pictures with your fur babies as well! The date for this is set for Sunday, April 9th, 2017; from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

Egg Hunt

The FREE annual community Easter Egg Hunt is located in the Kids Quest. You don’t want to miss this awesome event. This year (2017) the date is set for Saturday, April 8th. The staggered starting times for specific age groups is pretty awesome too. If your kids are 4 years of age or younger, their hunt begins at 10:00 am. If your kids are between the ages of 5 and 7, their starting time is 10:30 am. At 11:00 am are those kids between the ages of 8 and 10. Your children must be preregistered for this event. Registration (which is located right in front of Kids Quest) opens up 30 minutes before their age specific hunt begins.

Along with the Easter Egg Hunt, there will also be chances to win door prizes. To enter, you must be at least 18 years old and be a Preferred Shopper or hold a Blue Preferred MySands Card holder. If you do not fall under either of these categories but still want to enter you can sign up as a Preferred Shopper the day of the event. The drawing takes place at 11:30 am so be sure to stick around if your kids had an earlier start time to their Egg Hunt.

Lehigh Valley Academy Band and Choir will also be having their spring concert from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm. Please stick around to enjoy this as well.
