Feta Balsamic Pita Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Mixed Greens of your choice. I usually use spinach or romaine
1/2 cup of feta cheese
1/2 cup of balsamic vinaigrette
Pitas
Directions:
slice the peppers
add in the 1/2 cup of balsamic dressing
then coat the pepper with the balsamic dressing
next add the feta cheese
I let this mixture marinate for an hour or overnight
Then you will either grill the pita or serve it cold
Once the pita is opened
place in the mixed greens
Then add the peppers and the feta cheese covered in balsamic dressing
