Personalized Graduation Gift Idea: How to Make a Graduation Wreath
A money wreath can be a thoughtful and practical gift to give to a graduate.
Here’s How to Make a Graduation Wreath
This diy graduation wreath idea will require a wire wreath frame I got my at walmart for under $3.00. It is the same one but smaller that I used to make my cool diaper wreath.
Then get dollar bills and gift cards from places near the college. I usually put $5- $10 on each card depending on what it was. I did $10 for the pizza and the food and $5 on the Dunkin Doughnuts and the Dollar Tree.
You will take a dollar bill and roll it with the one on the top. You will need to roll all the bills the same way or the wreath will look funny.
Then you rubber band the money on the wreath.
I found this sign for $1.00 to put on it or you can use the amount of the money to add to the bottom. Get it 20 1 5 for 2015.
I then used a glue gun to put on the gift cards. You can also use double stick tape or tie them on with ribbons. I am sure whomever receives this will be very happy.
Your money wreath is now ready to be gifted to the graduate!
The wreath can be hung on a wall or door, or the graduate can take the dollars off one by one as needed. It’s a creative and practical way to give money as a gift for graduation, and it’s sure to be appreciated by the recipient.
