Simple Crepes
I have to say I have always been in love with crepes. I think they are amazing. I believe that people do not realize how simple crepes are. These is a recipe that I whip up. I hope you enjoy these homemade crepes and they become a family favorite of yours.
Ingredients for Simple Crepes
1 cup of milk (We use rice milk and coconut milk to change it up every now and then)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
some butter for the pan
1 cup of flour
1 cup of water
Add the cup of flour in a bowl
Add two eggs to the flour
Blend the eggs with the flour
add 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Add one cup of milk
I add water in depending on how thin I want the crepes so see how the first one comes out then add a Tablespoon at a time.
Stir the ingredients together.
Put the pan on a medium heat and place in some butter to coat the pan.
Place a thin layer of the mix in the pan of then wait for it to bubble. Once it bubbles flip it over. Then you can fill you the crepe with a crepe filling the image is of our blackberry one.
Then roll them. I secured mine with a tooth pick to make it look perfect.
I mean doesn’t this just look so fancy that you can’t believe that you made them. They look amazing but they are so easy to make!
