Slow Cooker Meatball Casserole
Slow Cooker Meatball Casserole
Prepare a delicious meal for the family.
You just have to try this Slow Cooker Meatball Casserole recipe! It is perfect for the busy back to school season. Everything goes into the slow cooker freeing up some of your precious time to tackle other tasks. I use already prepared ingredients including frozen meatballs and already prepared garlic bread to save time.
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf Italian garlic bread, cut in ½ inch slices
- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- 1 8 oz pkg mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar pasta sauce
Directions:
Layer the garlic bread butter side down on the bottom of the slow cooker and stack it along the sides of the slow cooker.
Then layer meatballs, cheese, sauce, and bread until the slow cooker is full.
Cook on low 4-5 hours until everything is hot bubbly and all the cheese is melted.
Serve with a salad and dinner is done.
