Weight Watchers Pineapple Bundt Cake Recipe
Weight Watchers Pineapple Bundt Cake Recipe
Happy Spring everyone! Today I wanted to share with you a recipe I made for our upcoming Easter dinner. Some of you know that I haven recently decided to try out Weight Watchers and it’s going pretty good so far. Just because I’m on a diet doesn’t mean I don’t crave sweets every now and then though! So this Weight Watchers Pineapple Bundt Cake is perfect when you are craving a dessert. It’s only 4 ingredients (Only 2 if you don’t count the toppings!) and 5 PlusPoints per piece!
Here is how to make this Weight Watchers Pineapple Bundt Cake:
You Will Need:
- 1 Box Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
- Fat Free Whipped Cream (Optional)
- Sliced Pineapple (Optional)
First, in a bowl add your cake mix and pineapples and mix. (Do NOT add anything that the box tells you too!) Mix well.
Next, Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Pour your batter into a bundt pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Then, after your cake is done baking let cool completely. Gently shake to release your cake, and put on a plate. “Frost” your cake with fat free whip cream and top with sliced pineapple.
That’s it! This Weight Watchers Pineapple Bundt Cake Recipe is super easy to make and hit your sweet tooth perfectly!
