What's for Dinner Wednesday Seafood and veggies and rice
I try every week to add a new meal to our menu. I attempt to follow the food guru and 30 minute meal making queen, Rachael Ray. The best part of my quest is I use items that I bought on sale so these meals are yummy and affordable… and oh, yes they can be completed in 30 minutes or less!
This is an easy recipe sure to put a smile on your face!
Drizzle olive oil in the pan
cook 1/2 cup of onions
cut 2 tomatoes and 2 peppers
add a dash of fresh garlic
Then cook until the onions are transparent
add yellow rice and the water according to the package
Once the rice was cooked I added in some “fake” crab
and shrimp and squid
I cooked them until they were hot and threw in some salt and pepper to taste..
I just make this stuff up but it was good..
