Banana Bread Recipe with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Delicious Chocolate, Peanut Butter Banana Bread Recipe
Who say’s Peanut Butter and Chocolate can’t go in a Banana Bread Recipe!
Ingredients
3 very ripe Bananas, mashed
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
8 oz bag of Reeses’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Directions
Grease loaf ban with butter or Pam.
While oven is heating up to 350*, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl stir together bananas, peanut butter, oil, eggs and sugars.
Combine your the first set of ingredients into the ingredients in the large bowl. Stir until combined, the batter will be lumpy. Be careful to not Over Stir.
Unwrap Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups and fold into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for approximately 1 hour (or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.)
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan, slice and enjoy.
