How to Make Deep Conditioner Hair Guacamole
If avocados are good for you and mayonnaise is frequently used as a deep conditioner for hair, then you can mix the two for some extra strength conditioning.
Avocados are high in Vitamin B6 and Vitamin E. Real Mayonnaise contains egg which is a known hair strengthener.
Ingredients:
1 small jar of real mayonnaise
1 Haas Avocado
Instructions:
Mash avocado using your hands, fork, or a masher until minty green in color
Empty mayo into a bowl
Add mashed avocado
Mix together to blend well
Application:
For a mild treatment:
Smooth the mixture into your hair from roots to ends
Wrap a shower cap and leave in for 20 minutes
Rinse with warm water
For a deeper conditioning:
Wrap hair with a damp, hot towel
Leave in for 30 minutes
Rinse with warm water
For Ends Treatment or Longer Hair:
Apply guacamole only to your ends
Wrap ends with a damp, hot towel
Leave in for 20 minutes
Rinse with warm water
The high fat and vitamin contents in these ingredients will restore your hair and repair any damage. You can use this as your weekly deep conditioning treatment, because it’s natural and there are no other chemicals involved. It is recommended to do a deep conditioning at least once a month for smooth, shiny hair and to repair split ends.
