Can Green Tea Help with Weight Loss?


First and foremost is the fact that green tea is a natural way to boost the body’s overall metabolic rate.  By boosting the body’s metabolic rate, the body burns calories at a faster pace.  What harm could come from drinking a natural green tea in order to boost your metabolism?  Sounds simple to me!
