Crockpot Chicken Recipe
There are three things wrong with my life. I do not have a lot of time, I hate to clean up after cooking, and frankly I hate to cook. That leads me to what I am good at finding recipes that are cheap and easy like this Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo Recipe. I am sharing it because it was so wonderful and so easy. It pairs nicely with white rice or over pasta. We just ate ours without a side. This is what you need.
We have a family of five but three are kids.
All you need are 5 ingredients and 5 minutes prep!
Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo Ingredients:
I bought a large package of 4 chicken breast
1 jar of Alfredo sauce or two
1 can of mushroom soup or you can use two jars of the Alredo sauce if you are not a mushroom fan
I threw in a couple of slices of swiss cheese and I chopped up asparagus
You can add green beans instead and mushrooms are also great
I put this is in my crock pot on low for 6 hours then I put it on warm until my husband was close to getting home
Then I put it on the plate and clean up the crockpot and I messed up my hair. I pretended I cooked all day. I did didn’t I?
You can add salt and pepper to taste and white wine if you want. It is very forgiving and easy to make. It was so good and so easy that I forgot to get an after shot but I give this 5 stars of yummy and easy!
