• 1 Teaspoon of Stevia
• 1 package of dessert shells

• Then you will need to cut them in quarters.
  
• The next thing you should do is add one teaspoon of Stevia.
  
• Then add in one cup of ricotta cheese.
• You should then mix the ingredients in a bowl.
• Then you will scoop the mixture into dessert cups and chill until you are ready to eat dessert.
