Easy PorkChop Recipes: Pork Alfredo Tortellini
As a busy wife and mother, I am not only frugal with my pocket book but I am frugal with my time. I like to grocery shop only twice a month so that I am not tempted to buy things I do not need making random stops for one or two things. That is why I love shopping at Aldi . They allow me to stock up on my basics, purchase fruits and vegetables, dairy, and fresh meat. Last week we picked up a pack of Pork Chops which I cooked for dinner in the crock pot. It was a going to be a long week so I cooked the whole pack thinking I could make a second meal out of the leftovers. However when I went to the fridge,I found only 3 pork chops left. Someone had gotten hungry and eaten one or two. I was now left with a dilemma. How do you feed 6 people with only 3 pork chops? I did and so can you!
This Easy PorkChop Recipes allowed me to feed all 6 of my family members with only 3 pork chops. They all loved it and asked when I was making it again. Thanks to my stocking my cupboards with essentials from Aldi. I was ready to create this delicious Pork Alfredo Tortellini and have dinner on the table before any expected it.

Easily substitute chicken or beef and if you don’t have Alfredo Sauce you can substitute a Pesto or Spaghetti Sauce. The key is putting together a creation your family will love. In our family my husband mixes his vegetables right in while my daughter prefers to eat them separate. There is no right or wrong way when sitting down to dinner as a family.
