Now that November is here, is anyone else planning their holiday dinner recipes yet!? I love cooking for the holidays and hosting dinners in my home for my family and friends. This year Thanksgiving will be held at my home, and I’m really hoping to impress and put on a fabulous meal for my family. One of my favorite things to cook is anything sweet! So I thought I would try my hand at making a homemade cheesecake this year, and I had to try it out before the holidays, for research, of course, ha! But I wanted to kick it up a notch, so I made this Easy Salted Caramel Cheesecake Pie Recipe and let me tell you, it is a-maze-ing! If you love caramel and cheesecake, you are going to love this pie! You Will Need:

  • A pie crust (you can make it at home or buy one)
  • 2 8 oz containers cream cheese
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • caramel topping
  • sea salt (to taste)

Step 1: In a mixer, combine your cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract and whip until combined. Give it a taste test to make sure it’s sweet enough!

Step 2: Pour your mix in to your prepared pie crust. Top with your caramel topping and sprinkle with sea salt. I like using the sea salt because it gives it a little crunch, yum!

Step 3: Cover your pie and put in the fridge. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Step 4: Take out of the fridge, cut, and enjoy!

See? I told you this was going to be a super easy to make this Salted Caramel Cheesecake Pie recipe! I’m going to keep a spot on my holiday table for this yummy pie! I hope you enjoy it if you decided to give it a try!
