This Pumpkin Ice Cream Recipe is one to pin ASAP. I can’t believe how easy it was to make. I have a blendtec blender. I imagine you can make it with any blender you chose or an ice cream maker.

Pumpkin Ice Cream Recipe

I really thought making ice cream was hard or time consuming with my blendtec blender it was 40 seconds of power. The recipe is very inexpensive and healthy. This is in my file “ice cream recipes kids” . I can’t believe how much my kids liked this recipe. I will give you three versions of this recipe

Version 1

I made this one up and the one I actually made. I love my cookie butter!

1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice

1/4 cup of Agave Nectar syrup

1 1/2 tsp of vanilla

3 cups of ice

3/4 cup of half and half

1 tablespoon of cookie butter

Version #2

1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice

1/4 tsp of nutmeg

1/4 cup of Agave Nectar syrup

1 1/2 tsp of vanilla

1/2 banana

2 cups of spinach

2/3 cups of nonfat dry milk

2 1/2 cups of ice

3/4 cup of half and half

 

Version #3

1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree

1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice

1/4 cup of Agave Nectar syrup

1 1/2 tsp of vanilla

1/2 banana

2/3 cups of nonfat dry milk

2 1/2 cups of ice

3/4 cup of half and half
