Baked Stuffed Chicken Recipes Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz) Chicken breasts
- 12 oz of Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 Sweet Peppers
- 1 Tablespoon of Opa Greek! Seasoning Blend from Wild Tree
- 1/2 Tomato
Directions:
1. Cut the peppers and remove the seeds.
2. Chop the Peppers and Tomatoes into small pieces.
3. Mix the Feta Cheese, Peppers, Tomatoes, and Seasoning in a bowl.
4. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally, but not all the way through.
5. Stuff the Chicken breasts with the mix of veggies and cheese.
6. Cover with foil and Cook at 350 degrees until cooked all the way through, approximately 30 minutes. Cook time will depend on your oven and how thick your chicken breasts are.
