Amaretto Cookies Recipe

Holiday season is here and that means it’s time for yummy holiday treats! I love cookies and I’m sharing wth you my favorite amaretto cookies recipe that’s so delicious and an amazing cookie to add to your holiday cookie favorites.

Easy Amaretto Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

– 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup of quick oats
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp salt

-1 cup butter, softened

-1/2 cup granulated sugar

-1 cup brown sugar

-2 large eggs

-1 tsp Amaretto liqueur

-2 tsp almond extract

Then you will mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until they are blended nicely. The Amaretto really makes this cookie special. If the Amaretto Cookie looks a little dry at the end I usually add another splash. I just love the smell and the taste of these cookie.

Then you add the remaining ingredients into the bowl. I mix them on low so I do not crush the cranberries.

-1 cup milk chocolate chips
-1 cup fresh cranberries-

1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
-1 cup sliced almonds

Then you need to add in the almonds, chocolate chips and the fresh cranberries

Then you want to mix them all together.

The next thing you will need to do is roll them and place them on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12- 15 minutes.

Then you will place them on a cooling rack once you take them off the cookie sheet. You will want to make sure they are golden brown.
