Low Calorie Tuna Cakes Recipe
Who is excited that school is back in session!? I had a great time hanging out with my kids this summer, but I do love the structure and schedule of the school year. I am lucky because my daughter loves going to school and she loves her after school activities. So do I, but it doesn’t leave a lot of time some nights to cook a big meal that still tastes good and is good for you. So I was trying to think of a dinner idea that didn’t take long to make, was healthy, and something the whole family would love. So I headed to the grocery store for some inspiration. One of my favorite things to have for lunch at home is Bumble Bee® Tuna! I can either eat it right out of the can, in tuna salad, or on toast with pickles (I promise it’s SO good!) so I thought I could incorporate it into a healthy dinner. I remember when I was a kid, one of my favorite things my dad would make for me were salmon patties. While tasty, they are not the best for you. So that is where my idea for my Low Calorie Tuna Cakes! Would you like to learn how to make these easy tuna patties? Yay!
